***Censored***????

So I just saw that post about TSA and the DOT and all that stuff. Sounds like somebody is trying to be slippery.

But I wonder, as I have in the past while reading various threads on our wonderful little playground here, where does all the " ***censored*** " stuff come from? Is that some kind of automatic filter this website applies to certain key words (even though it wouldn't seem so in the above case), or this something done perhaps by the person posting to keep themselves out of trouble, or some of both?

Just wondering, any moderators care to comment?

For some reason flightinfo.com has censored the word "Go-Jet" from their forums. Could it be that one of them is going to Go-Jet?

Actually, I believe what is getting censored is B-L-O-W-jet...
