I've ben with AT&T for a year and a half and have never had descent service in my house... which I moved into after the 30 day trail. I've tried numerous times and jumped through multiple hoops in order to get out of the contract. They wouldn't let me out so I was planning on staying with them until the end of the 2 year contract ...but... they make it virtually impossible to track my anytime minutes. I went over my minutes and now they are bending me over so I really want out. Does anyone know what companies make it easy to track how many of your anytime minutes (the ones that count) you have left...easily from your phone? I'm looking for a company that has some modicum of integrity. Does Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobil or Sprint make it easy to track how many of the anytime minutes you have used? I know AT&T will only do it through the internet and even then you have to wait a month... and then they only tell you how many total minutes you have used. It's a crooked way to make a buck.
