I used to hate Sprint, but their customer service is getting better and better.

Sprint still sucks. I still have them because its worse to change my phone number.

A year after I started with them I renewed the plan I was on ande they screwed it up. Like two months later I got a bill for $240. I spent 4 or 5 phone calls that lasted for hours before I got it resolved. And get this: they made me stay on the phone with them to fix the problem. I asked why I could not just tell them what was wrong and they call me back when it was done and they said they were not allowed to work on problems unless they had the customer on the phone with them the WHOLE time.

And it took 4 or 5 phone calls because I would mysteriously get disconnected after an hour and have to start over.

I raised so much hell on the last call, armed with the list of names I had been taking, that my situation finally got fixed.

This has not been an exageration.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but no one should choose Sprint without REALLY understanding what the "lack of customer service" complaint means.

Cant beat TMobiles internet only plan!

I have an iPaq 2215 with a CF GPRS card and have TMobiles internet only plan for 29.95 unlimited. Now I dont have to lug around my laptop on overnites and I can take care of emails, trip trades, or general browsing anytime, anywhere!
