I was initially typed in the CE560 in 2011 (CE500 type done via a 560 course and sim); my first recurrent was done last November in the 550. Now, I am looking at the possibility of flying the 560 again, and, in checking with some of the training centers they aren't set up to do just differences. In other words, after spending $$$ on a recurrent a few months ago they want to sell another recurrent program.

Does anyone know if I can get just a differences re-current ground school somewhere, that will work for insurance? My 560 Initial was in 2011, so I was actually hoping that I wouldn't have to do anything at the moment - I know if you have a CE500 type and fly an Excel they let you alternate which aircraft you attend recurrent for. Appreciate the input.

how about you talk to your insurance agent and see what they will accept in your situtation?

Try SIMCOM in Grapevine and don't call it recurrent, just tell them you need 560 differences and you are current 550.
