I worked for and flew this gentleman for 2 years. He is one of the nicest guys I have ever worked for. He owns the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman, travels lots to Costa Rica. Great wife and kids, family oriented. I didn't know he was lookin' until I saw this post. If I wasn't REALLY happy with my current position, I'd be calling him myself.
