I am leaving for training on Jan. 26th and still dont understand some of the most basic things from the contract....I you know or have recently been through could you please explain some things?

1. its shows salary at 63.504yr / 5292month for the 1st year.... Is that starting once you arrive or after your done with training?

2. it also shows training allowances, like base training 18% of salary. what is that and please dont tell me that THAT is what we get paid until after training is done.

3. Who is the medical insurance through and does that get taken care of immediately?

Thanks for the help, just wondering if I am going have to sell my left kidney to do this

1. Starts right away. You can live off the allowance money you will get in HKG at the hotel and not even touch your pay.

2. Does not apply to you, I think that is for the "trainers."

3. Aetna. Starts right away. Excellent insurance. EVERTHING payed 100%
Wellness/preventative visits not covered though strangely.
