Just got off the phone with a buddy of mine who is on the 777 at CATHAY and he is telling me the rumor around Hong Kong is that they will extend the interview process even longer now, to 3 phases!!
I guess guys have been having a hard time passing training so they are really looking at guys even more closely now.
I don't think it will effect the guys that are already in line for interviews now, only the future ones.
