First I would like to say to all CMR guys/gals that ASA does support your fight. We will be there to back you walking the line or to get you home if need be. My only concern (that I hope your SPC is looking into) is can the company/mgmt shut off access to employee records/servers from a CASS inquiry? If so, and they shut it down as soon as you strike employment verification may become extremely difficult. I know this only applies if you are trying to get the last seat on the plane but it may be an issue. Any information (not conjecture, guesses, etc.) would be helpful.
Good Luck to all!

I would say they certainly can. The problem is many mainline carriers won't even take you in the back if you are denied via cass.
