Gonna be flying on airliner soon, wanted to know if the security screeners will confiscate a lighter or are they even allowed on the planes...if not on carry on what about in a checked bag??

Thanks

I have seen plenty of people carry them in their pockets and get random searched and still keep them, so I figure they are ok to keep. If I were you I would just put it in your bag just to be on the safe side.
