advertising versus being in the right place at the right time.....kind of a gray area. Can you fly me to Chicago in my Bonanza for $200? This is legal, the answer is yes you can. Holding out, known as advertising is not legal. You need an operators certificate for that and a commercial certificate doesnt satisfy that requirement.
