Last I heard ,they hire very few full time pilots,most new hires are part-time,day-rate pilots,no benefits.This is mostly a turbo-prop operation.

Carolina Air Charter operate out of CLT and JQF, not HKY unless things have changed recently. They opearte several King Airs and a Citation. I'v edone some flying for them over the years and interviewed for DO a couple of years ago. It's a really good operation for a 135 outfit. Heck, I'd say it's just a good operation period. Nice folks.
