Cargo Jumpseating

How can I check flights/route on FedEx, UPS, etc for jumpseating? I'm looking to go from SLC-xxx-MKE after 9:00-11:00pm-ish a couple times next month.

Also, how do I go about listing, checking in, and getting on the flight?
