I think top pay is just over 55K and even then they have a program which adds some sort of pay on top of that. I don't know if it's based on profit sharing or what...but it probably amounts to a COLA.

You're correct, a lot of runs are 4 days a week with the 5th day stand by though. Some are two days a week and some are three. But yes, the majority are overnighters unless you get lucky enough to be based at the "hub".

You'd have to mulitiply it by .5 and put it in the centerline thrust column.
