Need a little more info for an educated guess.
Does the company offer and pay 100% of Med, Dental, Vision?
401k?
Are there larger aircraft you could move to within the company or is this a PIC time building thing (this does not mean you are worth less but if the company views the job as such they will offer less).
Do you have a hard schedule or are you on call 24/7.

ok I would say 45k with good benefits and if they will leave you alone on your days off. Also another huge aspect to look at if this is 1 plane/1pilot op or whether or not they have someone who can fill in from time to time. Knowing if you get sick or need some time off they will not fire you is a huge deal.

Hey CUEBOAT, didn't you just get the chieftain job less than two weeks ago? Are you already looking again?

English,

same company new equipment.

flagshipper,

hard schedule months in advance, single aircraft with 2 pilots. No calls on days off. covering a day for the other pilot is no problem.

Lear45 is the upgrade, again there is a hard schedule. The medical benifits and 401k are just begining(its availability is new to pilots at the company) with this co. In the past all pilots were contract.
