Continental from Houston I think...I have done Brazil on them and theywere great. I also used United and no problems there. My inlaws areinFoz Do Iguacu Brazil and I go about 2X a year.
 
Be careful trying to plan on CAL - they have an international only jumpseat list that is effectively only the majors and if you aren't on it you are outta luck...

I've used Delta to jumpseat to Caracas. It was a about 2 1/2 years ago. There is one flight daily out of ATL. You have to check in 3 hours before departure. You pay the tax at the ticket counter. It was $75 at the time.

I used an ID90 with American to get back so I could travel with my wife. So I don't know how hard it is to get out of CCS.
