Can't locate this product

A CFI I with has like a soft plastic/leather from cover with 7 holes on the left side, and a back cover. In that, he has clear sheets to put his check lists in. He holds it together with 4 rings on the left side. Any dieas where to locate these?

Says flight crew check lists on the front (that doesn't matter)

That is a military checklist binder.

Got no idea whare to buy one. Might check E Bay.
