I've never ventured up north in a small airplane and will do so soon. My route will transit into Canada's airspace. Will I need to do anything different if I don't land in Canada, just cross the line during cruise?

Thanks, I will check out the info on AOPA. If I could find out how to stay in US controllers territory...that would be good.

Are you sure about the ATC billing. I flew into vancouver and talked to victoria terminal with no bill, there was a landing fee however. I paid $50 airspace in Mexico though but never in canada.
