Can you jumseat with ATP only?

I'm resigning my current job and I'm assuming that they will take my crew badge. Trying to get to my new job without buying a ticket.

1. Can I still jumpseat with my ATP, medical, passport?
2. Will I still be in CASS?

No.

The whole idea behind CASS is to allow the carrying airline to verify with your airline, in real time, that you're a current pilot with the company. So no, you won't be.

Gonna have to buy a ticket to go by air, I'm afraid.

I don't blame you for not knowing these things. It seems the airlines, especially regionals, assume that pilots are educated on these things prior to employment. When in fact, they are not.

If you haven't resigned yet, get yourself an ID90 or ZED pass. I recall some discussion about this on the board a while ago, those passes are still good after you resign up until they expire.
