Can You Get News on HF?

Probably a stupid question, but considering that we may go to war during a transcon flight sometime soon, is there any way to pick up a news broadcast on HF?

We don't have an ADF, and JB (wisely) decided that the only TV station we can get is the Wx channel...with no audio to boot...

BBC broadcasts on HF, I've listened to it a few times. Also Voice of America broadcasts on HF too, although I've never listened to it. You can get the frequencies at their websites.
