Fcuk, Shyt, Assss, bytch, hoar, *************************, ballz, *************************.

Why does it take so long to hear anything?

So what's the deal? Is the deadline for a strike tonight at midnight? Has Spanjiers already imposed the new terms? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Guess what folks? According to the conference call (wait for it)....

Judge Kishel is delaying his decision until sometime between Thur and Mon.

Yippi frikkin diddly doo.

Mgmt ran out of cash last Sunday (or so they said they were going to .. and they wouldn't lie ;-)

So if he hasn't ruled against a strike, just go on strike tomorrow while you still can.

Isn't friday this week some kind of cash deadline?

This just in: Spanjers sold soul to Devil in a cash deal rumored to be enough to give management bonuses of 19.4% of their lifetime earnings. Upon further inspection, Devil determined Spanjers' soul not worth a wooden nickel and deal was scrapped.

Good luck to the Mesaba rank and file.

It's time for the unsecured creditors to step in.

I don't think we can strike unless they impose. That's why they were waiting to impose - so they can make sure we can't strike first.

And the judge barred any action (management imposing, unions striking, and the creditor committee liquidating) until he issues his ruling...
