We get paid for whichever is greater. Also anything that is on the final schedule gets paid for if it is removed by the company.Do you get paid what you are scheduled for or what you actually fly (block out/in, is that what it is?)
Gotcha. We get paid for whichever is greater. Also anything that is on the final schedule gets paid for if it is removed by the company.
What I see in the contract is 93 hrs scheduled, including deadhead. I have heard the 97.5 in a month before but where is it in the contract?
.
Fly slow!
Gonna be a crazy time as the end of the month nears...with everyone timing out.
And whatever you do, do NOT answer your phone.
And cause someone else to get JA'ed. That's just great.
How could anybody get JAed when everybody is flying 95+ hours?
Why is it that Jan 31 and Mar 1 count as Feb the bid period, but not for the max block time? Typical ASA ethics and double-standards.
sounds good..
Jan 31 to Mar 1 totals 100.43
Does Measa get this also?(sorry could not resist.)We get paid for whichever is greater. Also anything that is on the final schedule gets paid for if it is removed by the company.
Page 2-3 of the contract defines what is considered to be a month. It says that for pay and scheduling purposes, Jan 31 - March 1 is considered the "month". Like Long said, make sure it is block and not credit.
Its already been said. Its for pay purposes, not scheduling.
FARS are different than company policy.
ITs not just ASA , I would bet most airlines do this.
Medeco
They can't JA you even if you do answer the phone when you're flying 95+ hours.
