Can someone help with a little info on this job

I have found this job and many more listed on usajobs and wonder what they are. http://jobsearch.usajobs.gov/getjob...4,15515,15669,15523,15512,15516,45575&q=pilot They say you only need a FAA commercial and flight instructor with the required time. Also says must be UC35 or C12 certified. What do they mean by this? Are they special ratings? I know C12 is King Air and I have about 200 hours in a 200 but I guess they want a special military experience.

Can someone give me a little info about what these positions actually are and who can get hired for them?
