From what they all say, they are very stable and continuing to hire for the rest of this year. Plus the pay is pretty darn good. My friend flew the Lear 24/25's making 43k for the first 14 months, then upgraded to the Falcon 20 and is making 64k and the upgrade time to the 737 is about 14 months and that's over 100k per year and that is all as a first officer. The schedule is out for a year with some good time off and 3 long stretches off time off throughout the year. I hear they are pretty competitive as far as hours are concerned, but the people i know there really enjoy it.
