Had an interview with TW down there in DPA on friday and just wanted to know if anyone had any more info on the place. TW came off as a real standup guy and everone else there seemed to be real pleasant. From what I hear, they are taking over TBird facilities in the very near future. Anyone with the good, the bad and the ugly care to chime in?

Thanks in advance

I'm located in the Chicago area and I have never really heard anything bad about Camden. That actually speaks volumes in the Chicago area. It seems like you can't go take a sh** around here without other operators knowing about it. So it seems like Camden just keeps to themselves and doesn't piss anybody off in the process. Just curious though, is Kim Michaelis still there? Did you happen to meet her? Just asking because I know several people that have sent her resumes over the past few months with not so much as a thank you, but no thank you. Again, just curious more than anything.

What about the interview? Was it just a meet and greet or did it get technical? I figure for a small 135 it was probably just a get to know you session, but these days you can never tell.

That is interesting if they are going to take over High Tails. I just recently heard that their certificate was likely going to be for sale in the near future. Last I heard they only had one airplane, so it doesn't surprise me they are having problems.

Stay Away

MR doesnt like to pay his employees on time...lots of BS! He also cannot control his temper... Many good pilots and mechanics have come and gone because of typcial 135 BS that goes on over there...just my $.02 worth. Good luck!
