Need some help from creative minds. My company was just approved for an FAA/ICAO call sign and designator. The problem is that all our requests were used by other companies. We're a aerial survey company up to our necks in film products.

Any suggestions?

Mike

ok, I'll try (i'm just using a random # after the name to see how it sounds)
skycam 72
survey 72
shutter 72
sight 72

what names did your company try?

I like the SkyCam one! We thought about Shutter, but sounds bad to call an aircraft by the name. :) Survey was already taken.

Shutterbug is cool, but the boss wouldn't go for it.

We tried our company name, but some firm in New Zealand has it. Tried Mapper with the same outcome. Photo and survey and all similar were taken

I'm thinking Foot Print...

voyeur?

c'mon, that would be hilarious!

HAH...voyeur..one of our photographers thought of that!

Big Brother?

Good, but we want to have controllers happy to let us fly at 1000' 2 miles from EWR, not think we're peepin' on everyone!! :)

"freeze frame"
"click it" ;)
"zoomer" (I think "Zoom" is taken by AC)
"focus" ;)
"pixel"

I wanted to put Focus in the requests, but the boss didn't like it for some reason.

LOL Say focus ten times real fast....you'll figure it out! :0

True, but he doesn't seem to have a problem saying it ten times fast when some one screws up! :)
