Any guesses how long it will be before this happens? What will they end up doing as far as bases go? Will they close some of the bases or will they have all of the CAL and UAL bases?
 
Probably never... why would CAL want to bog it self down with UALs problems... I would actaully see CAL buy peices or routes from UAL before they would merge
 
A big PE or Hedge Fund firm will probably step into UAL right as they are about to exit with a lot of cash with the intent to merge.
 
Well lets see a senior bond analyst with Morningstar, CFO of Cal, United which has said interesting "We can't discuss"
