CAL T/A Question?

I heard something interesting in the Wx-room the other day. I heard there may be a new flow-through agreement with XJT in the new T/A due to all the retirements. Don't know if that is good or bad. Anyone else hear that? I also heard from a CAL CA that CAL threatened to park 25 73's unless they sign the new T/A.

The bullet points mentioned pref interview status for "CAL Express Carriers". Not specific to us and no specific details. It was in there though.. FWIW.
