CAL Referral Question

I have a cousin thats a senior Capt. at CAL. He says he would help me get an interview but I have a concern. My cousin was hired in '83 and was wondering if that would have any affect on my application? If there are any CAL guys/girls that could give me an honest opinion on this I would appreciate it!

Shouldn't matter, some of our CP's are scabs. I rec'd a friend here after being here one day and he was hired and in class three months later.

Senior captains recs carry allot of weight, unless the captain is a total loser, like your cousin (just kidding).:laugh:
