Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the CAL contract? You can PM me if you don't want it on the public forum. Thanks in advance.

Take all the good things from a real contract then throw them away, subtract 4 days off per month, add 20 hours flying a month, subtract 3.25% from a bankrupt carriers b-plan, and there you go!

nowhere to go but up! i have my target pitch set...do you?

Actully the B-plan is one of the few parts of the contract that is Industry standard of better.

40% or nothing!

Hey Guys,

Just to pass the word from the P2P class. 30% only brings us back to Contract 97! 40% brings us up to speed with cost of living increases.

If you think this is too much, look at what American is demanding. 53% upfront and 75% with COLA.

Let's gid rid of the perception that Cal's Pilot group is a bunch of Scab limp dicks. The new hires have the power to make this happen. This is especially important now that seniority progression will be greatly diminished due to age 65.

Honestly, I think we are gonna need more compensation due to the diminished career expections.
