Ok, so you get Guam as a new hire for your base.

1) Are you committed to 18 months with the second year pay or can you take the first year pay and bid off in the next bid period?

2) How often can you bid new bases?

3) What is the cost of living in Guam for a 2-3 BR apt/condo?
