Is FEDEX hiring yet?

If the CAL MEC Chair had the same poor attitude that you seem to exhibit, then I'd agree with you.

However, I know "Snake" and it is my opinion that he is building a war machine and will make a max effort to negotiate a top flight contract. If you know the CAL SPSC Chairman, I'd suggest that you call him and offer your assistance in fighting the fight.

Who will be laughing when CAL management keeps random line bidding, low first year pay, no health insurance, retires its fleet of -300/500's, bumps those 23 month captains to the street during the furlough and flies your fatigued old butts into the ground while you all sit around slamming some idiot not realizing how bad CAL really is?

CAL sucks! Always has, always will!

CAL is scab central and will never rise to the challenge of being able to produce an industry leading contract.

64 NGs coming over the next two yrs starting jan08
4 777s in '08 and possibly 4 more in '09
787s arrive in '09.
Significant int'l expansion still on schedule.

Yeah, CAL sucks. Sure.
