Does anyone have any experience good or bad with the CAE pilot provisioning program? Basically pay for training, but if successful it gets you a job. I'm a little old and high time for this, but I was curious if anyone had been through it and how it worked out. Thanks.

Not familiar, but COEX along with other regionals used to do something similar in the 90's at Flight Safety. I think if you had 1200/200 you could qualify for the program and upon completion be handed a job. Of course you paid for the training to get the job. I think it was a flat fee of $10K or something.
