Anyone have info on the hiring requirements for instructors at CAE? I know someone who should be qualified who REALLY wants to work for them. He has a Beechjet type and captain experience. He trained at CAE and his experience includes corporate and 121. He has his instructor certificates, as well.

His situation involves not having a medical, and he loves to teach.

I didn't find much on CAE's website in terms of requirements and salary. Thanks in advance...

Inside contacts would definitely help. Just keep an eye on their website for openings in the Beechjet program. They want instructors who happen to be pilots, and those who no longer want/need/are able to fly every day. Sounds like he'd be a good candidate if he can teach. I have a friend there who seems to like it OK.
