C402 Pay

Howdy. How much would one expect for a C402 pilot/LSA Flight Instructor in the SW salary wise? Probably around 225hours/year plus whatever flight instruction goes on. Any help would be appreciated.

Thats a good start. I was shooting for lower but Im not gonna undercut myself either. 40K would be fantastic.
