the 210 does have more power, depending on things like engine model, and turbo or nornally aspirated.
No wing struts. The un-strutted Cessnas have a safety record that is not nearly as good as the strutted Cessnas, probably more a function of who the end user is than a design flaw.
The 210 has a pressurized version, too.
Dick Collins flys a 210 (former Flying editor, if you are a young guy) with a radome under the right wing. Nice airplane...
The 210 is called a "Centurion", and the 172 RG is a "Cutlass."
