I don't understand why they keep posting different minimums. On their website it's the standard 2500 TT & 2000 PIC for FedEx feeders. That seems to be what most of the feeders are looking for. Any insight?

Empire was 2000 TT and 50 turbine for the Van. They waived 500 TT and the turbine requirement a lot.
