This is the god dam internet, go to the fukin website and look, I don't work there, I know people that work there and they start caravan captains at 33 thousand

No "junior" bases- they put you where they need you. Most likely start off as a floater- go from base to base.

Upgrade time from the ATR takes you through the Caravan, usually. 2-4 years. From the Van to the ATR, another 2-4 years.

But it all depends on the company's needs. I worked with a guy who upgraded from the Van to the F-27 left seat in 1 year. When I got there, the upgrade time was much longer...

Good company, overall. You got fcuked sometimes; sometimes you fcuked them... overall, it all averaged out.
