Anyone out there use a Citation I for air ambulance? 500 NM or usually less trips. Will compliment a B-200 already in service. Kind of a small door. Any other pros or cons?

We flew CE500 for air ambulance and they done it well. One was th Eagle conversion with the big door and the other had th normal door.
All in all the aircraft done a great job as air ambulance slow but comfortable for patients

How did loading the patient work with the normal door?
