Poor Pilot
Much like UPSer, we use 34 gph + 6gal for takeoff & landing ie, 1 hour flight... 34 gal plus 6 for TO & landing = 40 gal; 2 hour flight... 68 gal +6 for TO & landing = 74 gal. We use full throttle/2500rpm/mixture full rich for climb and 24"/2400rpm/lean to 100 degrees rich of peak EGT for cruise.
I really like the 310R myself. In fact, if our 310s had autopilot and a larger cargo door, I would probably like them as well as the Barons.
