Some friendly advice

Foobar--You should just apply and ask the questions yourself. Things are competitive enough right now for you.

Hell, when I first read the post I considered (for about half a second) applying for it too.

By posting the ad you just (unwittingly I'm sure) increased your competition.

You should jealously guard any job lead you're interested in and throw the rest to the dogs on the internet.

I know we're all supposed to be one big happy family but as soon as you make Captain somewhere you'll understand what I mean. You'll never turn your back on the senior co-pilot.

:D
Good luck man.

It was on findapilot.com, its not top secret. EVERYBODY here knows about findapilot.com So they get 10,025 applications as opposed to 10,000. My chances are not good either way. And yes, I realize most pilots, despite what you might read here, adhere to the screw you as long as I get mine everything is A-ok life philosophy.

I am going to apply.
