Halliburton is now a electricity company for California now too? I bet that is news to them.

Halliburtons main job now, besides technical expertise for petroleum exploration and distribution, must now be just a "whipping boy" for the left. Hardly a word can go out of the mouth of a leftist with blah blah halliburton blah blah cheney blah blah.

I guess since I did some geologic work on a drilling rig pre flying career, that must mean I can not be in public office, since i am 'tainted' with OIL.

Blame California for their own problems. Maybe they will finally someday produce enough electricity for their needs.

As for popular vote, the difference between Bush and Gore is well within the margin of error, and some states do not even count all the absentee ballots, if it gets to the point it wont make a difference. But its not popular vote that elects anyways.
