the millionair at BKL has by far and away the worst service of any FBO on the face of the planet. I, along with the other freight trash assumedly, are not welcome there. i have even been kicked out after ordering fuel.

the cleveland controllers suck about taking you out of the water. 350 heading at 2000 ft....1, 2, 5 miles in slowflight before letting you turn back south.

on a funny side-note, i did know a student who filled out a NASA report for allowing himself to be vectored outside of engine-out gliding distance from shore.

CLE controllers

I have to disagree about the CLE controllers. I fly into Hopkins a lot, and can say without a doubt they have one of the worst controllers around. Flying in one evening after checking in we were never given an expected runway. After a while I asked the controller which runway we could expect, and he came back with, "Is this thing on? All arrivals are landing 24L (I believe)." What an ass. Luckly we made it up to him a little bit later when he asked us to call traffic in sight, which we did. Then he asked us to call the traffic in sight again to which my Captain replied, "Hello, is this thing on? Traffic in sight." But the next morning he was working Ground control and spent about 30 seconds on the air yelling at some light twin. Tying up the ground freq during a big push. Not really about Burke, but kinda related. About Burke though. Got a really good RA from traffic taking off Burke. We were on LOC and GS for CLE fat dumb and happy when the TCAS starts screaming "Climb crossing traffic Climb!" Out of nowhere, some fighter jet had taken off of BKL into a vertical climb. That woke me up.

When was this? Was it around any labor days? I haven't seen a fighter jet there... ever... when it wasn't a show...
