1. How many days off on reserve?

2. How long is the call out?

I thought hiring was on hold after the age 65 rule came into effect? I have a few friends there and last time I talked to them they really liked CAL and the relatively short upgrade times (but this was before age 65)... Nice fleet with 787s in a few years...

7. Any cool long over nights in the 737 IAH? all depends on what you like

Hiring was on hold till they figured everything out..we are back to normal now...
 
I got hired just about a year ago and only have 55 hours in my sick bank. I haven't banged in sick yet so I am relatively sure the company doesn't give you 20-25 hours of sick bank off the bat.
 
You get 20hrs sick bank initially, but do not accue any for 4 months. Also, reserve is 12 days off.

Hiring back to 12 a week.
 
There are plenty of cool overnights on the 737 out of IAH. Long layovers in ANC in the Summer as well as Calgary and many, and I mean many south of the border layovers. Some layovers are in excess of 31 hours. Not like the 757/767 where in the Winter months you can have 72 hour layovers in Europe then turn around the next week and have a 24 hour layover in Aruba. If you are not into being too productive, then the 757 out of EWR is where you want to be to see the world.
