buf ame

can anyone reccomend a good ame in the buffalo ny area? i recently moved here and need to get my 1st class done in march. thanks

You probably don't want to drive all the way out there, but if you can't find anything else there's a good one in Rochester called North Coast Preventive Medicine. Dr. Broadwell. Number is 585-244-5450. I think they're only open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Don't know of anything closer to BUF, sorry.

I agree with EatSleepFly, Dr. Broadwell is an excellent AME and a very neat guy, it's well worth the trip.

Dr Richard Ruh has an office in Orchard Park, about 20 minutes from the Buf airport. He runs his shop the way an ame should, not an anal idiot like some others I've been to (his hearing test is still the "whisper" test from a few feet away) You can click on the ame link on flightinfo and get his number and address off of the page.
