Was on lightrail headed downtown. Thought the news choppers were there for the Twins game. Boy was I wrong. That bridge also cut off a railway and a lock on the river for ships to get up/down stream.

I drive across that bridge every time I go to the airport...I was on it earlier today...

Quite a sight... also anyone flying into or out of MSP watch out for all the news helicopters.... That mess is another accident waiting to happen.

I saw it fall from the balcony of my condo. I had just got back from a workout and was out on my balcony enjoying a Sierra....talk about a buzz killer.

yea, what a tragedy.. Never thought something like that would happen so close to home. Really makes you think.. God bless everyone that was involved
