Yes. 3 a month from Jan 08 to Oct 08, then 9 per month afterwards. It'll take a long long while to work down the list. The only good news is that plenty of senior guys will refuse it.

When a senior guy refuses it does that still constitute a "spot?" Like if three pilots were offered a Jan 15 class and they all refused to go do they keep rolling down the list or are those three spots lost?
