Reached a number of tentative agreements with pilots, dispatchers and mechanics, and continued work to establish ongoing negotiations with all represented workgroups.

Yes, many sections of the pilot contract were TA'd during the last quarter.

They can TA a million sections. The only thing that really matters is pay and scheduling and I don't think they are even close to being done. And if it's not done soon I have a feeling that, Xjet is going to miss out on a lot of opportunities to get some flying.
