Just wondering if anyone used either of these home gyms. I was thinking of buying one and am looking for any info not from an infomercial. I have tried out the crossbow and it seemed pretty solid and more affordable than bowflex, just want to know what you all think.

Thanks DA

Got to go with the bowflex. I’ve had one for over two years and have many other friends that have them as well. They are a quality piece of equipment. I had a membership to bally’s for 10 years and canceled the day after I received my bowflex. Well worth the money, you will be very happy with it.

You can go to play it again sports and get a good free wieght set for a pretty good price. Haven't seen any bowflexs thier though.

There is always a ton of that info-mercial stuff available for re-sale in your local paper. So many people buy that stuff and use it once. As Capt_Zman said, to pay retail!!!

Go with the Bowflex. I have had one for about 6 months and I really like it.

I'd have to say go with the bowflex. I love mine, it's made me ripped :D;), and my friends that have them all love them. It would probably be wise to check around on e-bay though...i'm sure some person is looking to get rid of one.

Don't know if the link works but if it doesn't go to e-bay. Click on the browse section. Then type bowflex into the search window....there are plenty of different models on there. Hope this helps.

Get a membership at 24 hour fitness, it's much better and worth your $$$... Il will make you get out of the house, it's good for the mental too.

Being a good company man, I say get the ABDOER! ;) (our company owns the company that owns Abdoer). I got one for the wife a few years back (it was free after all) and combined we've used it 3 times!

Personally I just go for jogs.
