Great info and thanks for you guys whom are honest!

Few more questions!

- where is training held at!

- do they pay accomodation during training

- Since there is no union, you think there is room for salary negotiations after being hired

- I live near White plains and would like to continue living here!

You gotta be kidding me. What is so wrong with your corporate gig? BM won't pay your accomodation and negotiate a higher salary? Bwahahahahaha!

Okay, now that that's out of my system, p'raps it's the lower number of flying hours or the long waits in remote places that's turning you off, dunno. But generally, corporate types have a better overall compensation package than we do: guaranteed salaries, expense accounts, etc. And if you want to live in White Plains, you should definitely stay where you are. Commuting is difficult enough when you have a number of options, let alone when you don't (with BM).

As others have said, give up the ghost and run while you can. Good luck.

seems like BMA is definitelly a management use and abuse business, huh?

I thought I'd go fly for them to build turbine time and split after a year for $7000, but sounds that that's even impossible to survive.

I have an interview in 2 days, and am definitelly gonna show up for the practice I guess. Whether I take the job or not, depends on how drunk I am that day.

Any more bad experiences from BMA? Thanks for all the info too...

Re: what date you have your interview

pilot1704 and Flyforfood-

Let us know what happens if you go, but I'd run if I had an interview with 'em! YMMV.
