Boston Bermuda----non HF

I know there is a limitation, something like 30 minutes out of VHF and 100 miles from shore.. but are waivers issued for non HF ops?

Sorry, I have very limited internet access (can't pull up many sites) and don't have any manuals with me where I am at to research this.

Any info or help would be appreciated.

No waivers for non-comm that I am aware of. IIRC, the routes to Bermuda require HF.
